Prescriptions

The therapeutic use of Medical Oxygen requires a prescription, trained clinical assessment and proper instruction on use.
Medical Equipment and Gases Australia requires a copy of the patients prescription before the product can be dispatched.

The prescription must clearly state:
1. Patients Name.
2. The Flow in Litres Per Minute (LPM).
3. How long the therapy should last for.
4. Whether the oxygen delivery should be continuous or a pulse dose. 

 

 

Renting Vs. Purchase

To help you decide whether to rent or purchase, up to 3 months rental can be taken off the purchase price of an oxygen concentrator.
