The MediFlow Ultra II Flow Selector is a precision medical oxygen flowmeter and regulator designed for highly controlled low-flow oxygen delivery in critical care environments. Engineered for neonatal, paediatric, and sensitive oxygen therapy applications, it provides exceptionally accurate oxygen flow control from 0 to 0.1 and 1 litres per minute (LPM), making it ideal for premature infants and patients requiring ultra-low oxygen administration.
Key features include a built-in pressure regulator for stable and consistent oxygen delivery, a self-centring flow selector that maintains uninterrupted flow between settings, and a 360° swivelling outlet for easy patient connection positioning. The compact ergonomic design allows clear frontal and lateral flow readings, while the durable nickel-plated brass body ensures long-term reliability in demanding clinical settings.
The MediFlow Ultra II Microflow variant supports precise incremental flow settings including 0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04, 0.05, 0.06, 0.07, 0.08, 0.09, 0.1 and 1 LPM. It complies with major international medical standards including EN10524-4 and EN1789, and is suitable for use in hospitals, neonatal units, emergency medical services, and specialised respiratory care applications.
