Online orders through our online store, will receive a payment confirmation from eWAY and a Tax Invoice from MEGA containing your order details via the supplied email within ONE (1) business day.

Freight Charges

Courier $18.50 - Flat Fee Australia wide.
Please note: Australia Post may be used for delivery to rural areas to guarantee fast delivery.

Pick Up - Is available from Medical Equipment and Gases Australia in Cromer, Sydney, NSW. Approximately 20km (20 mins) North of Sydney's CBD.

For Free Delivery, the following conditions apply:
• Medical Oxygen & Medical Air Only.
• Sydney Metropolitan Area.
• Order must be placed by 3pm the business day before.
• Non-Medical Gas Products will receive free delivery If ordered with Medical Gas inline with the above conditions.

Mega Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies with all purchases including our online store. We want you to be happy with your purchase experience and to help you make a better decision, we have provided some buying tips.
Once you receive your mega product(s) you have SEVEN (7) working days to return the product(s). Whatever the reason, we don’t want you to be stuck with an item you cannot use or that you do not want. If you do decide to return the product(s), you can either arrange to return the goods yourself or you can ask us to collect them from you, by contacting us within seven (7) working days.

1. If you request a refund, a $20 restocking fee plus actual outbound shipping costs and return transportation charges will be deducted from your return refund.

Please note: all items must be returned in their original packaging. Items which are not in the original packaging or have been assembled can not be returned.

Refunds will be issued within 10 working days of receipt of goods, after we have inspected them for damage. We will only issue a credit to the credit card or account used for the original purchase.

We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.

Mega Warranty Policy

The warranty periods differ between manufacturers however Mega will guarantee a minimum of 12 months warranty from the date of sale from Mega or an accredited distributor of the equipment.


The following conditions apply

1. Unless otherwise stated the warranty period includes parts and Labour.
2. Mega reserves the right to request documented evidence of the purchase.
3. Does not apply to product misuse, operator error and/or normal wear and tear

MEGA uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.

All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.

• Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
• Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by MEGA or any outside party.
• All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.

Mega - Equipment Hire & Cylinder Rental Agreement

Purpose:
This policy applies to cylinder rentals and products hired from Medical Equipment and Gases Australia Pty Ltd (Mega).

Scope:
This policy includes, but is not limited to:-
- Medical Oxygen Cylinders
- Medical Air Cylinders
- Oxygen Concentrators
- Oxygen Therapy Kits
- Regulators
- Flowmeter’s
- Twin O Vac’s
- Suction Pumps
- Oxygen Conserving Devices
- Trolleys
- Bags

1. Minimum Equipment Hire Policy
1.1. All products hired from Mega must be rented for a minimum of 3 months and payable in 3 monthly installments.
1.2. The 3 months rental cost still applies for hire periods less than 3 months.
1.3. Equipment Hire will require the full 3 months rental cost paid upfront including the delivery cost

2. Cylinder Rental
2.1. For accounts with a cylinder holding of less than 5 cylinders, Cylinder Rental will be charged on a per annum basis payable at the beginning of the term.
2.2. For accounts with a cylinder holding of 5 or more cylinder, Cylinder Rental can be charged on a monthly or quarterly basis on request.
2.3. The Client shall pay Mega for Mega Gas and any Equipment Service Charge or Cylinder Rental Charge in full by the last business day of the month immediately following the supply or the last day of the month following that the Equipment Service Charge or Cylinder Rental Charge became due.

3. Premises and Equipment
3.1. All equipment and cylinders remain at all times the sole property of Mega.
3.2. The client shall not purport to sell, encumber, part with possession of, or otherwise do anything prejudicial to Mega’s title to the Equipment and/or Cylinders.
3.3. Clients shall keep legible and visible all trademarks and signs of Mega on Equipment and Cylinders.
3.4. Cylinders shall not make any alteration to the Equipment or Cylinders or allow any attachment to be affixed or used in the operation of the Equipment and/or Cylinders without the prior written consent of Mega.
3.5. Mega is irrevocably authorized to enter the premises at all reasonable times to exercise any of its rights or perform any of its obligations under this agreement and to do any act ancillary thereto.
